We often saw Rachel Green wearing figure hugging crop tops or skirts on Friends.
Jennifer Aniston, who played the role of Rachel on the popular show, recently opened up in a new interview about her choice of outfits.
The actress revealed that she liked wearing such tight clothes and it made her comfortable. Not only Jennifer, her co-star Lisa Kudrow also echoed the same sentiments.
JENNIFER ANISTON LIKED WEARING TIGHT CLOTHES ON FRIENDS
Jennifer Aniston was recently seen in the Carpool Karaoke segment of The Late Late Show with James Corden where the cast of Friends sang I’ll Be There For You. In a recent conversation with Howard Stern of Sirius XM’s The Howard Stern Show, Jennifer said, “No one was saying, ‘Girls, your outfits need to be tighter and smaller and skimpier.’ Absolutely no way. It was just sort of what we felt comfortable in.”
The 52-year-old also addressed the hotly-debated topic of whether she wore a bra or not on Friends. Replying to that, she simply said, “That was a topic of conversation.”
Lisa Kudrow AKA Phoebe Buffay of Friends was also present there. She revealed how the fittings for her were not always fun as she had a different body type than Jennifer and Courteney Cox, who essayed the role of Monica Geller. She said, “It’s not that I felt horrible around them. I have a different body type. I’m just bigger and sometimes the clothes, when I’d see the show, were so sort of full of volume.”
The Friends reunion special episode was telecast on May 27. In India, it is available on Zee5. It was an unscripted special that brought together the main cast of the show – Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer. Apart from the six main characters, there were some special guest appearances, including David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon and Malala Yousafzai.
