The wait for Blue Bloods Season 14 is finally over. Here are all the details you need for the Season 14 premiere.
There is no doubt that we are ready for new episodes of Blue Bloods. It’s been a long wait, but that wait is finally over.
Blue Bloods Season 14 will premiere in February. In fact, we only have to wait until after the Super Bowl. Considering how Sundays are messed up with NFL coverage, it’s not surprising that CBS opted to wait until after the Super Bowl to bring the regular lineup of series.
Blue Bloods Season 14 premieres on Friday, Feb. 16. It will end the night of drama at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
What to expect in Blue Bloods Season 14 premiere
The Season 13 finale didn’t end with any major cliffhangers unlike a few other shows. That’s probably a good thing. After all, at the time of writing and filming that finale, there were still talks about whether the series would be renewed or not. Fans deserve a real ending for this series, and that’s what will happen.
The premiere picks up with Jamie Reagan going undercover. It’s been some time since we’ve seen anyone really go undercover, and it is time for Jamie to be given something bigger to do. Could this lead to a devastating end, though? With it being the final season, we’re worried that we’ll have to say a sad goodbye to a character or two.
Meanwhile, Danny’s former partner Darryl Reid is back. Danny and Baez will investigate a homicide that is connected to Darryl. The last we saw of him, he’d planted evidence. Has he done it again, or is this connected to an old case where he may have planted evidence before?
Check out the synopsis for the premiere episode. There isn’t long left to wait for it.
“Jaime goes under cover with a deadly human trafficking ring; Danny and Baez investigate a homicide connected to Darryl Reid, Danny’s old partner; Frank grapples with whether to publicly support Mayor Chase on a policy decision.”
